You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Your item should be returned to Look Legs C/O DEBRA 8 Brook Parade Chigwell Essex IG7 6PE. Please note returns in person can be arranged at this location in advance, Tuesday - Saturday 10:30 to 17:00, excluding bank holidays.

If you experience a fault with your item or have received an incorrect item, please contact us with the below information:
Your name and order number.
A short description of the fault.
Please do not post any faulty returns until you have had a response from us.
We may ask for photos of the fault.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and refer to the details given in the faulty returns tab above.
